How does the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Tool™ work?
Our TNA Tool™ allows users to dictate parameters unique to their organization’s (or client’s) training needs. For example, the following data are collected:
- Job role to be analyzed for training content
- Organization’s training goal
- Key performance indicators (KPI)
- Desired skills; a demonstratable ability
- Desired knowledge: a concept, rule, theory, etc.
- Training priority: mandatory, etc.
- Training modality: live in-person, live online, self-paced, etc.
The tool uses learning theories to prescribe the best learning content designs and development. It is a living design. For example, as new theories are introduced or trends arise in the industry, the tool will be revised to include those paradigm shifts.
